who we’re
looking for
You'll bring energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for Belfast's music scene. Your ability to spot what's next before it trends means you're always three steps ahead of the curve.
Currently completing or recently graduated from university, deally within the past 2-3 years.
Proven experience in events-based marketing—you understand nightlife, live entertainment, and what motivates people to attend.
Native fluency in social platforms, internet culture, and trend cycles—you don't just consume content, you understand why it works.
Strategic mindset with tactical execution skills—you can develop multi-week campaigns and execute same-day reactive content.
