How do you tickets work?

Tickets are available online through Glistrr and are the best way to secure entry in advance. Buying early is recommended, especially for busy weekends and special events. A limited number of tickets may also be available at the door, subject to capacity.

What is the dress code?

Our dress policy is relaxed but stylish — think “dress to impress.” Smart casual is always welcome. Tracksuits, sportswear, and workwear are not permitted. Whether you’re here for a student night or a headline DJ, make sure you’re dressed for the occasion.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 10 PM every night. We recommend arriving early to skip queues, settle in, and catch the best of the music from the start. Check the individual event listing for exact set times or special programming.

Is ID required?

Yes, valid ID is required for all guests. Please bring official identification such as a passport, driver’s licence, or government-issued card.

Can I re-enter?

Re-entry is possible with a hand stamp. Please make sure you get stamped on your way out and follow staff guidance for re-entry. Rules may vary slightly depending on the event, so check with our team on the night.
