This Friday one of the country’s leading underground production duos hook up with Steve Boyd behind the Thompsons turntable’s spin a five hour, three way set of upfront subterranean sounds.

Timmy Stewart and John McIver are the production pairing in question, who’s releases under their ‘Jet Project’ moniker have been supported by Andrew Weatherall, Francois K, Laurent Garnier, John Digweed, Heidi & M.A.N.D.Y.

The Belfast based duo have also recorded on Steve Lawler’s ‘Viva Music’, Silicone Soul’s ‘Darkroom Dubs’, Paul Woolford’s ‘Intimacy’ and Berlin’s ‘Get Physical’. Their successful side projects under the Yankee Zulu and Bubba & T-Bone aliases have received rotation from a diverse range of djs including Dixon and Claude Von Stroke.

With forthcoming releases on Riva Starr’s ‘Snatch’ label, The Jet Project has truly captured the House sound of Now!

Their guest slot at this Friday’s Misfit will witness the pair move outside their standard dj set, giving things a freestyle twist to take in elements of Nu Disco, Warehouse Tech, Electro, Techno, Breaks and anything else that takes their fancy.. Enjoy!!
